WHAT IS THE MURPH CHALLENGE?

The Murph Challenge isn't just another grueling workout; it's a powerful tribute to fallen heroes like LT Michael Murphy. Originally known as "Body Armor," LT Murphy's favorite workout has been renamed "The Murph" as a tribute to the Medal of Honor recipient.


It consists of a grueling workout:

1-MILE RUN
100 PULL-UPS
200 PUSH-UPS
300 AIR SQUATS
1-MILE RUN
